We use your information to provide Ground Transportation Services, tours, or activities that you request, and for generating invoices, vouchers, or any other documents related to the services you engage, including tickets, certificates, vouchers, receipts, or refund documents. Additionally, your information helps us inform you about changes and assess the quality of our service. For these purposes, we need the following personal details: names of travelers or activity participants, dates of arrival and departure, number of travelers, hotel accommodations, airline and flight details, and, for billing purposes, your tax information (RFC). You have the right to access, modify, or cancel your personal data, object to its use, or withdraw consent by contacting our Reservations Department.
Additionally, we advise that your personal data may be shared with entities outside our company. In such instances, your information could be provided to companies and tour operators solely for the fulfillment of reserved services; to Banking Institutions for processing payments for these services; and to Legal Offices in cases of non-compliance with payment obligations as per the Ground Transportation Services contract or any logistics related to incentive groups. Unless you expressly object to the transfer of your personal data, we will assume you have consented to it.
